What is an Octopus Trusted Partner?
It is an installer that Octopus Energy has selected, vetted and monitors to carry out solar, battery and heat pump work for their customers. Octopus refers people to trusted local installers when they cannot do the installation themselves. Partners are independent companies, not Octopus employees, and are assessed against Octopus safety, quality and customer-service standards.
Does being a partner change the price I pay?
No. We keep our own identity, our own quotes, our own payment process and our own aftercare. You get the same honest, no-obligation quote from a local Staffordshire team, with the added reassurance that Octopus trusts us with their customers.
How does the Octopus switching credit work?
